Very few restaurants, even with a rich wine card, can boast of a truly professional Sommelier. Such a Sommelier will not urge you to spend on vintage wine as much money as possible.

On the contrary – in the struggle for our loyal guests he will use our enoteca so that the Guests should spend less money, than it was expected, but enjoy the evening far more than they could imagine. That’s because being a professional sommelier is nothing but achieving this goal as often, as possible. And it’s not the awareness of different wine ratings that really matters, but, first of all, a wide experience in wine degustation and deep knowledge of rare wines with a good quality-price ratio.
