2007, January,21 Our chef in Spain
In January our chef Georgiy Gerasimov visited the 5th International Gastronomical Summit Madrid Fusion. In the network of the summit such grand Haute Cuisine experts as Ferran Adria, Pascal Barbot, Juan Mari Arzak, Tetsuya Wakuda, Santi Santamaria, Charlie Trotter, Seigi Yamamoto, Heston Blumenthal and many others gave their master-classes.
The experience, got at this summit, will be used in the creation of new dishes, that will be included in our menu both in the short and long term.
