On December, 5 the presentation of the exhibition PRO WEIN-2007 took place in CASA DEL VINO restaurant-enoteca. Many journalists and wine business professionals were invited to take part in the event.

The exhibition will be in March 18-20 in the German town of Dusseldorf.

PRO WEIN in Dusseldorf has been world-known and the most important exhibition in the field of wine and strong drinks ever since its first opening in 1994.

Experts characterize the exhibition in two words: concentrated and professional. In 2005 such classic wine-producing states as Austria, Germany, Italy, France presented its production, along with manufactures of Eastern Europe and the New World(Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, South Africa, USA etc).

The PRO WEIN presentation was hold in the format of a gastronomical dinner, where German wines were presented in combination with especially selected dishes.

-Gravlax of Scottish salmon dressed with Dijon Mustard , on toasted Borodinsky Bread, accompanied by 2003 Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen Riesling Kabinett Freiherr Langwerth von Simmern

-Mocetta of venison with dressing of green apples, Rocket salad, asparagus, accompanied by 2004 Riesling, 2004 Rheingau Riesling Classic Kloster Eberbach

A duet of hot snack and white wine:

-Veal kidneys with spinach, accompanied by 2003 Eltviller Riesling Kabinett Freiherr Langwerth von Simmern;

Main course with red wine:

Grilled veal in grape leaves with white mushrooms, Porto sauce, accompanied by 2003 Spetburgunder trocken Domaine Assmannshausen;

Dessert, accompanied by dessert wine:

Tiramisu and 2003 Bechtheimer Pilgerpfad Beerenauslese Wiv Wine International
