From 15 to 17 of November Bruno Coletti, a famous Italian chef and the founder of modern Italian Haute Cuisine visited CASA DEL VINO on his tour.

Bruno Coletti launched his star career in 1979, after he graduated from Villa Santa Maria Culinary Art Institute. He was a chef of Baglioni Grand Hotel in Florence for a long time, taught at Etoile Higher School of Modern Cuisine in Venice, and worked as a program consultant at Alice satellite channel.

Bruno Coletti takes part in inaugurations of new restaurants and contributes in the arrangement of important events.

In 2000 Bruno opened Carpaccio restaurant in Moscow, as chef-supervisor. In 2005 he organized the banquet in honor of the Youth Assembly in La Scala, Milan, where the first ladies of Russia and Italy were present. In 2006 he took part in the preparation of dinner for the President of Czech Republic in Prague.

Three days running CASA DEL VINO restaurant-enoteca and Bruno Coletti were happy to please their Guests with an especially created menu.
